We want you to love your DISSH pieces, so if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Return Method

  Select your preferred return option, choosing between a refund to your original payment method or a 110% store credit voucher.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
